I am innately drawn to the idea of attempting to understand and uncover the inspiration behind a designers most talented works. I have learnt over time that as much as I might love to know, the real beauty exists in not knowing. It exists in simply experiencing art, design, music, whatever art form it may be, just as it is. When I look at Josh Goot's designs, my best interpretation of inspiration comes in the form of the elements and geometry. I see nature in all it's forms. Wind, water, fire, earth, see, sky... all intricately woven into the lines and shapes within and of the garment.
